Group Lifestyle Balance is a weekly weight management program facilitated by Lifestyle Coaches including a Registered Dietitian and Physiotherapist. It is designed to help you make lifestyle choices to prevent diabetes and also prevent or treat metabolic syndrome. The program will help you reach a healthy balance between two parts of your lifestlye: what you eat and how physically active you are.
